** Pro version: the 'Create Reminder' button was not working with Outlook 2002. Fixed. Known problem: the button shows a slow reaction on some machines; on such systems multiple clicks are required to open the 'Create Reminder' dialog.
** Several optimizations to the add-in .dll
** Now including separate add-in dlls for both Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003 to avoid some incompatibility issues.
