| Attach notes to Outlook emails and contacts | | With OutNote you can easily attach virtual notes to emails and contacts that remain in context. |
| Notes auto pop up | | If an email or a contact with a note attached is selected, the note will either pop up automatically, or a message will appear telling you that there is a note attached to the selected item. |
| Reply and forward from notes | | Automatically use note texts as reply or forward texts for emails. |
