- Complimentary (free) support is available to registered users only within 12 months after purchase of a Totalidea Software product. TweakVI subscribers get free support within their active subscription period.
- Note that support requests are answered in the order they do come in. That means that it is possible that you cannot expect an immediate reply! There is no support available on weekends and business-holidays.
Special notes on technical support requests
- We do need a detailed description of your problem in order to offer support and to answer your request. If you do not include enough details to describe your problem, we cannot assist you!
- Include as many details about your system to the support request as possible.
